Installation and Service
Technology, Sound and Vision is proud of its reputation and conducts all installation and repair work with the assurance that any faults will be rectified as soon as we are notified of same.
All works are carried out by qualified technicians and strict OH&S/WH&S guidelines are adhered to.
Purchases
Delivery Policy
All purchases made from Technology, Sound and Vision are dispatched either on the same day or the next business day after the receipt of your order. However, if the item is unavailable at time of order, you will be advised and it will be placed on back order to be dispatched immediately after it becomes available.
All freight costs are to be paid by the buyer.
Technology, Sound and Vision will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Any product supplied or installed by Technology, Sound and Vision that is found to be faulty will be replaced or repaired in a timely manner. To discuss any issues you may have please call our office on (02) 9477 1811 or simply forward the details to us by email: info@technologysoundandvision.com.au within a reasonable time so as to ensure the quick resolution of any problems or concerns.
This exchange or repair policy does not apply to goods which have been damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original condition. Costs for the return of any products are paid by the buyer.
Payment Terms
Payment of goods or service supplied by Technology, Sound and Vision are required within seven (7) days of invoice date.
